About DualEntry:

Our Founders started their previous company after meeting in Computer Science class. With just $2,000 in savings, the two bootstrapped the company to $25 million in ARR - and profitably - in just 5 years. They then raised $325 million of venture funding, rapidly scaling the business to 200+ people and >$100 million in ARR. After that first 8-year journey and experiencing the pains of an ‘upgraded’ accounting system first-hand, they have decided what to throw themselves at for the next 8 years: to build DualEntry, the accounting software they needed.

What You Bring:

• 10+ years of deep experience with ERP systems and Netsuite, especially in complex areas like inventory accounting, foreign exchange and intercompany eliminations for consolidations

• A thorough understanding of all Netsuite accounting modules

• 3+ first-hand Netsuite implementations with complex, inventory-based businesses (wholesale, retail, distributors, etc.)

• Ability to commit 5-10 hours per week, with the flexibility to scale up efforts as needed

• Bonus: CPA/Accounting undergraduate degree and background

• Bonus: Experience with other ERP systems implementations and deep familiarity with their accounting modules (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Acumatica)

What You'll Do:

• Advise on product roadmap and detailed product requirements

• Support with scoping product features with high attention to detail and complexity (e.g. requirements for intercompany consolidation incl. multi-currency and multi-entity eliminations, inventory cost allocation FIFO vs. LIFO, etc.)

• Support on creating new customer implementation checklist (customizations, default values, etc.) to create the #1 customer onboarding and implementation experience in the industry

• Provide user feedback on how to make the Netsuite experience 10x better
