About the Role
DualEntry is looking for a an experienced, analytical B2B growth marketer to join us as our first growth hire. We're not just looking for a channel manager; we seek a growth generalist who can stand up an entire growth function from the ground up over the next 2 years.
You come from a B2B SaaS background and have significant expertise in developing and optimizing scalable, hypothesis-driven outbound campaigns aimed at driving new customer acquisition, conversion, and expansion. You excel at moving fast and building for scale.
What You’ll Do
Build an Efficient Outbound Machine: Create scalable, hypothesis-driven outbound campaigns and a pipeline to test new outbound strategies
Monitor Intent Signals: Keep a close eye on our TAM to identify intent signals and triggers for timely engagement
Strategic Outreach at Scale: Reach out to the right prospects at the right time, leveraging automation to maintain personalization at scale, while maintain personalization
Leverage Modern Sales Tech Stack: Utilize tools like Clay and Lemlist to automate and personalize mass outbound campaigns
Manage Demand Generation Channels: Oversee and optimize other channels such as content marketing, paid search, SEO, and email marketing to drive quality leads to Sales
Refine Messaging Through A/B Testing: Continuously test and improve outreach and marketing copy to maximize engagement and conversion rates throughout the funnel
Manage Demand Generation Channels: Oversee other channels such as content marketing and paid search to ensure a cohesive demand generation strategy
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product, sales, design and engineering
What We Need
5+ Years of B2B Demand Generation Experience: Proven track record in growth marketing, preferably within agile GTM teams with a history of executing on acquisition tactics from 0 to 1
Expertise in Building Scalable Outbound Strategies: Ability to develop and implement outbound campaigns from the ground up.
Proficiency with Modern Sales & Marketing Tools: Hands-on experience with automation tools like Clay, Lemlist, and other components of a modern sales tech stack.
Analytical and Data-Driven Mindset: Strong ability to analyze intent signals within the TAM and make data-backed decisions.
Experience in Positioning Optimization: Skilled in refining and A/B testing marketing copy for maximum impact.
Hands-On Knowledge of Demand Generation Channels: Familiarity with managing content marketing, paid search, and other channels.
Adaptability: Comfortable making decisions and executing quickly amidst ambiguity.

DualEntry Benefits
Base salary range of $120,000 - $180,000; depending on relevant experience, skills, geographic location, and business needs
