Job description

Help drive execution across the entire company

We’re growing our Operations team and hiring our second Executive Assistant to increase leverage for our founders and ensure DualEntry runs at peak speed. Work closely with the CEO and leadership team, and help bring DualEntry’s AI-native accounting platform to market.

Why we’re growing our EA team

DualEntry is rapidly scaling with increasing customer demand and a growing team. You’ll help protect focus of our founders and accelerate to get things done across the team.

About DualEntry

Founded in 2024, DualEntry is one of NYC’s fastest-growing AI startups — backed by top VCs and unicorn founders. Our founding team previously scaled companies to $100M+ ARR, raised hundreds of millions in venture funding, and exited successfully.

Now, we’re building what we always wished existed: a next-generation AI accounting system purpose-built for mid-market companies. We operate with urgency, ownership, and focus. We move fast.

Where you’ll create impact

As part of our EA team, you’ll:

  • Own executive-level scheduling, prioritization, and communication.

  • Anticipate the needs of the CEO and leadership team, ensuring focus stays on the most important strategic priorities.

  • Drive internal coordination — keeping cross-functional initiatives aligned and moving forward.

  • Manage investor, customer, and partner communications on behalf of the leadership team.

  • Manage and support the HR team (onboarding, scheduling, coordination in the team, documentation)

  • Manage the speed

  • Build the operational foundation for scaling — from meeting cadences to information flow.

How you’ll work at DualEntry

Work closely with the CEO, founding team and team leaders. Bridge executives, customers, investors, and the broader team to keep DualEntry operating at maximum leverage.

You’ll play a critical role in helping us scale aggressively and intelligently.

Our culture is built on:

  • Speed: we move faster than 90% of startups

  • Hard work: we outwork our competition

  • Fun: we have a blast together as a team

We trust in your potential and encourage you to hit the ground running.

What sets you up for success

  • 3–6+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or in a high-intensity operational role.

  • Experience working directly with founders, C-level executives, or investors in a fast-paced environment.

  • Structured, detail-oriented, and highly proactive.

  • Excellent communicator.

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and fast context-switching.

  • Trusted with sensitive information and discreet by default.

Why you’ll thrive here

  • You’ll be early with high responsibility and high speed.

  • Direct access to founders and exposure to high-level decision-making.

  • In-person teamwork.

  • High-trust environment with high expectation.

  • World-class team with high ambition

Benefits

  • Base Salary: $85K–130K

  • Equity: ~$30k+

  • Insurance: 100% medical, dental & vision

  • Time Off: 15 PTO days + 12 US public holidays

If you’re excited to work directly with founders at one of the fastest growing AI startups in the world, and you’re ready to work hard and move fast - then we look forward to reviewing your application!
