What You’ll Do

As our first dedicated Customer Onboarding & Implementation Lead, you’ll play a foundational role in shaping how customers experience DualEntry from day one. You’ll lead onboarding, support ERP migrations (Sage, NetSuite, etc.), and serve as the main point of contact during implementation.

You’ll be at the intersection of product, customer success, and accounting — acting as both a trusted advisor to our clients and a key voice in improving our product.

Specifically, you will:

  • Lead the end-to-end onboarding experience for new customers — from kickoff to full go-live.

  • Design and manage implementation plans and timelines, keeping all stakeholders aligned and informed.

  • Support ERP and accounting system migrations (NetSuite, Sage, QuickBooks, etc.) and troubleshoot configuration issues.

  • Act as a partner to our clients’ finance and accounting teams — understanding their workflows, challenges, and goals.

  • Communicate customer needs and insights to the product and engineering teams to influence roadmap priorities.

  • Build scalable onboarding processes, documentation, and best practices as we grow.

  • Track onboarding success metrics and drive continuous improvement.

Who You Are

  • 3–6+ years of experience in accounting, ERP implementation, or customer onboarding roles.

  • Strong understanding of accounting workflows and ERP systems (NetSuite and/or Sage experience preferred).

  • Experience in a client-facing or project management role — you know how to manage timelines, priorities, and people.

  • Ability to translate complex finance/accounting concepts into clear action plans for customers.

  • You’re calm under pressure, naturally proactive, and love bringing order to ambiguity.

  • You care deeply about the customer experience and take pride in being a strategic partner, not just a vendor.

  • Bonus if you have:

    • CPA or prior experience in public accounting

    • Experience working with finance teams at high-growth startups

    • Worked in a B2B SaaS company in customer success, onboarding or implementation
