Help build and drive our event marketing engine
We’re growing our Marketing Team and hiring our Founding Event Marketing Manager to lead, scale, and execute sales-driving events in the US. Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Design teams to bring DualEntry’s AI accounting softwareto mid-market accounting and Finance leaders.

Where you’ll create impact
As our Founding Event Marketing Manager, you’ll strategize, execute, and scale 20+ high-impact events annually, from major conferences to targeted networking meetups, CFO dinners and co-marketed events. You’ll drive brand visibility, fuel lead generation, and foster strategic relationships. Own event logistics end-to-end, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver exceptional attendee experiences.
How you’ll work at DualEntry
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Design teams to ensure events align with business goals. Build a repeatable, scalable event playbook that sets the standard for future growth.

What sets you up for success
3+ years of proven experience managing and scaling events, from intimate meetups to large conferences
Exceptional organizational and project management skills
Proven cross-functional collaboration abilities
Strategic mindset paired with hands-on execution
Comfortable with up to 20% US travel
Preferred Experience:
Background in marketing for SaaS, finance, accounting, or related industries
Familiarity with CRM/marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Experience securing partnerships, sponsorships, and managing event production

Base Salary: $30-65K
Bonus: 10% target
