Strategic partnerships are becoming a core pillar of our GTM engine. As our Founding Strategic Partnerships Lead, you’ll build and scale our partnerships function from zero-to-one — unlocking new revenue, driving co-marketing, and generating a consistent flow of high-quality leads. This is an intense, hands-on role with full ownership.
You’ll be joining at an early and defining moment. Your work will directly shape our partner ecosystem, GTM velocity, and growth trajectory.

Where you'll create impact
You’ll define and lead DualEntry’s end-to-end partnerships strategy
You’ll identify, onboard, and activate partners across key categories including system integrators, accounting firms, consultants, and SaaS providers
You’ll build an AI- and automation-driven partnerships engine that scales what used to take a team of five
You’ll grow and nurture high-value partner relationships through events, webinars, in-person meetings, and co-marketing
You’ll own partnership metrics, dashboards, experiments, and funnel optimization
You’ll collaborate with founders, sales, and product to drive measurable revenue impact
You’ll travel to the US 1–2 times per month for strategic partner meetings and events
What sets you up for success
4+ years experience in partnerships, business development, or GTM roles
Proven success building or scaling partner ecosystems
Experience working with SI firms, accounting firms, fintech tools, or SaaS integrations
Data-driven and experimental mindset — obsessed with funnels, metrics, and repeatable systems
Ability to build scalable automation workflows using modern growth tools
Comfortable operating in high-speed, high-ownership startup environments
Nice to have:
Hands-on experience with growth automation tools (Clay, UnifyGTM, Apollo, Lemlist)
Experience in SaaS, AI, or B2B tech sales
Background in demand generation or account-based marketing (ABM)
Passion for martech, growth hacking, and outbound automation

Base Salary: $100K–$150K
Commission: $30K–$60K (uncapped) / OTE $130K–$210K+
Equity: ~$80K
