ABOUT THE ROLE
Founding Growth Lead to build a scalable, data-driven outbound and inbound pipeline from the ground up.
We’re looking for a GTM expert to automate and scale DualEntry's GTM motion, leveraging AI and growth automation tools to build a system that operates at the scale of a 20+ person team with minimal resources.
You’ll develop and execute hypothesis-driven growth campaigns, optimize demand generation channels, and ensure a steady pipeline of high-quality leads.
📍 Location: New York, on-site, 7 World Trade Center (5 days per week)
This is a high-impact role with direct exposure to founders, sales leadership, and product teams.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Systematize and automate the GTM motion – build repeatable, scalable, and AI-driven systems to streamline outbound prospecting, demand generation and sales.
Leverage AI and automation tools – implement and optimize workflows using UnifyGTM, Clay, Outreach, Orum, SFDC and AI-powered automation.
Run data-driven GTM and product marketing experiments – identify and test new strategies for customer acquisition, activation, and pipeline growth through rigorous experimentation and iteration
Develop and optimize growth funnels – use data to refine ICP/lead scoring, segmentation, and conversion processes.
Develop, execute and optimize demand generation channels - content marketing, paid search, SEO, email marketing.
Track and report metrics - own reporting and insights across GTM performance, attribution, and ROI of campaigns and automation.
Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing.
Job requirements
WHO WE LOOK FOR
We're looking for someone to hit the ground running, you must have at least 2 years of relevant working experience in B2B demand generation or GTM strategy.
Proven ability to develop outbound strategies from 0 to 1.
Hands-on experience with growth automation tools such as Clay, UnifyGTM, Apollo, Lemlist.
Data-driven & analytical, experience using AI-driven lead generation tools.
Strong copywriting & A/B testing skills.
NICE TO HAVE
Experience in SaaS, AI, or B2B Tech sales.
Background in demand generation & account-based marketing (ABM).
Passion for martech, growth hacking, and outbound automation.

Base Salary: $100K - $145K
Commission: $45K - $75K
