Where You’ll Create Impact

As Head of Product at DualEntry, you will own how product works end-to-end from product vision and long-term direction to architecture, execution, and scale. You’ll define what we build and how product decisions are made across the company.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has scaled products in fast-moving startups and can build process while still shipping product. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Design, GTM, and Leadership to turn complex accounting workflows into simple, reliable, and scalable products.

You have maximum drive to build one of the highest output product teams in the world. You are hands on in scaling the team from 2 PMs to 50 PMs in the next 2 years to build one of the top AI product orgs in the world.

• Drive product from idea → execution → scale across a growing team of PMs, Designers and Engineers

• Own and prioritize the product roadmap

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of 8-10+ PMs and 5-10 Product Designers

• Translate complex accounting and financial workflows into clear, actionable requirements

• Ensure product accuracy, reliability, and usability

• Improve internal tools and workflows so eng & product teams ship faster and better

• Act as the voice of the customer and combine business goals with technical constraints

What Sets You Up for Success

• Hardcore work ethic and high agency

• 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS

• Experience leading and scaling product teams and processes during high-growth startup phases (Series A → C and beyond)

• Comfortable operating across strategy and hands on execution (this is a hands-on role)

• Clear communicator with strong judgment and ownership mindset

Nice to Have

• Experience working in or with accounting teams or audit

• Familiarity with accounting systems, finance tools, and ERP software

Benefits & Compensation

• Base salary: $200,000 - $375,000

• Equity: $350,000+

• 15 PTO days + 12 public holidays
