You’ll be joining at an early and defining moment. Move at rocket speed, build the next massive ERP behemoth.

As our Senior Product Designer, you’ll lead intuitive, elegant UI/UX experiences and build our design foundation from the ground up. This is an intense, hands-on role with full ownership.

Where you'll create impact

• You’ll own end-to-end design across web and mobile apps

• You’ll translate complex accounting workflows into simple, intuitive interfaces

• You’ll build and evolve a scalable component-based design system in Figma

• You’ll collaborate closely with product and engineering to ship quickly and iterate often

• You’ll conduct user research and apply insights to improve clarity and usability

• You’ll help define our design culture and unlock faster product development

What sets you up for success

• 5+ years experience designing complex SaaS products end-to-end

• Deep expertise in Figma and component-based design systems

• Strong UX thinking, interaction design, and visual craft

• Comfort working with HTML/CSS/JavaScript

• Proven track record in high-growth, high-velocity environments

• Ability to make fast, pragmatic design decisions

• Bonus: Experience in fintech, accounting, or enterprise SaaS

Compensation & Benefits

• Equity: $90K+

• Base Salary: $130K–$200K

• 15 PTO days + 12 public holidays
