As our Senior/Lead Recruiter, you’ll build and own the full recruiting engine across Europe/LATAM and USA - sourcing, engaging, and closing world-class talent. This is an intense, hands-on role with full ownership.

You’ll be joining at an early and defining moment. Your work will directly shape our team, velocity, and trajectory.

Where you'll create impact

• You’ll own end-to-end recruiting across engineering, AI/ML, product, GTM and leadership roles

• You’ll build and deliver a high-velocity sourcing engine using creative strategies across communities, open source, and events

• You’ll collaborate with founders and hiring managers to define profiles, assessments, and positioning

• You’ll solve complex talent challenges with first-principles thinking and high-speed execution

• You’ll drive measurable hiring outcomes that accelerate DualEntry’s growth

• You’ll build our employer brand and candidate pitch from the ground up

What sets you up for success

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth startups

• Proven track record sourcing and closing top talent

• Deep expertise in technical sourcing, market segmentation, ATS workflows, and recruiting analytics

• Practical, high-speed recruiting approach with strong ownership

• Experience building recruiting functions, processes, and candidate experience systems

• Hardcore work ethic and high agency

• Equity: ~$40K USD
