About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter on a contract-to-hire basis to help us identify, engage, and hire top talent. You will work closely with hiring managers, team leads, and leadership to build high-performing teams across engineering, product, GTM, and other functions.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is excited about shaping and scaling our talent pipeline.
Responsibilities
Partner with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, technical skills, and team needs.
Source, engage, and build pipelines of qualified candidates across engineering, product, GTM, and other roles.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle
Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, networking, and other channels.
Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit before presenting to hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate data in the ATS, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Deliver a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback.
Track and report recruiting metrics, including pipeline health, time-to-fill, and conversion rates.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in recruiting and/or sourcing, with a focus on technical roles.
Proven success in sourcing and engaging passive candidates for positions such as Software Engineers, Product Managers, and GTM roles.
Strong understanding of technical stacks, frameworks, and industry trends.
Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday).
Exceptional communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage pipelines across multiple roles simultaneously.
