About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter on a contract-to-hire basis to help us identify, engage, and hire top talent. You will work closely with hiring managers, team leads, and leadership to build high-performing teams across engineering, product, GTM, and other functions.


This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is excited about shaping and scaling our talent pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, technical skills, and team needs.

  • Source, engage, and build pipelines of qualified candidates across engineering, product, GTM, and other roles.

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle

  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, networking, and other channels.

  • Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit before presenting to hiring managers.

  • Maintain and update candidate data in the ATS, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  • Deliver a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback.

  • Track and report recruiting metrics, including pipeline health, time-to-fill, and conversion rates.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting and/or sourcing, with a focus on technical roles.

  • Proven success in sourcing and engaging passive candidates for positions such as Software Engineers, Product Managers, and GTM roles.

  • Strong understanding of technical stacks, frameworks, and industry trends.

  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday).

  • Exceptional communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage pipelines across multiple roles simultaneously.
