As our Senior/Lead Technical Recruiter, you’ll build and own the full recruiting engine across Europe and worldwide - sourcing, engaging, and closing world-class technical talent. This is an intense, hands-on role with full ownership.
You’ll be joining at an early and defining moment. Your work will directly shape our team, velocity, and trajectory.
📍 Location: Remote - this role is available across all countries with 4hr+ overlap for the US ET timezone (NYC HQ)

Where you'll create impact
You’ll own end-to-end recruiting across engineering, AI/ML, product, and leadership roles
You’ll build and deliver a high-velocity sourcing engine using creative strategies across communities, open source, and events
You’ll collaborate with founders and hiring managers to define profiles, assessments, and positioning
You’ll solve complex talent challenges with first-principles thinking and high-speed execution
You’ll drive measurable hiring outcomes that accelerate DualEntry’s growth
You’ll manage and guide 1–2 sourcers to maximize output and scale capacity
You’ll build our employer brand and candidate pitch from the ground up
What sets you up for success
4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in high-growth startups
Proven track record sourcing and closing top engineering and product talent
Deep expertise in technical sourcing, market segmentation, ATS workflows, and recruiting analytics
Practical, high-speed recruiting approach with strong ownership
Experience building recruiting functions, processes, and candidate experience systems
Hardcore work ethic and high agency

Base Salary: $50K–$100K USD
