Build an AI SEO engine to drive sales

We’re growing our Marketing Team and hiring our next SEO Lead to build a high-performing SEO engine that drives organic traffic and a consistent stream of SQLs from the ground up. Work closely with founders, product, design, and content teams, and help bring DualEntry’s modern AI-powered ERP product to market.

DualEntry is rapidly growing, with increased demand for organic pipeline and new product lines. You’ll build DualEntry’s AI-assisted SEO engine from the ground up to allow us to 10x our sales within the next 12 months.

Where you'll create impact

As part of our Marketing Team, you’ll build and execute the entire SEO strategy. You’ll work with product, design, and content stakeholders, develop and manage a high-quality backlink process, and leverage AI tools to scale SEO content and optimization. You’ll help drive organic growth, pipeline generation, and shape how modern SEO looks for the next wave of Fintechs.

What sets you up for success

  • 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or Fintech

  • Proven success in driving organic growth and SQL generation through SEO

  • Strong technical SEO skills and experience working with engineering teams

  • Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and optimization

  • Data-driven, analytical, and comfortable setting up performance tracking and running A/B tests

  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment

  • Preferred: Experience with LinkedIn content strategies and LLM SEO/AI-powered search optimization

Benefits

  • Base Salary: $50,000–$75,000 USD

  • Bonus/Commission: $10,000 –$20,000 USD (OTE $60,000–$95,000)

  • Equity: $25,000 USD

  • Time Off: 15 days PTO + 12 public holidays

  • B2B Contract or Regular Employment Agreement
