Job description

About DualEntry
Founded in 2024, DualEntry is one of NYC’s fastest-growing AI startups — backed by leading VCs and over 30 unicorn founders.
Our founding team previously scaled a startup to $100M ARR, raised $380M+, and exited successfully.
Now, we’re building what we always wished existed: a modern, AI-native accounting platform that brings clarity, automation, and scale to mid-market finance teams.
We operate with urgency, ownership, and deep focus. We move fast.
Where you'll create impact
As part of the CX team, you’ll be owning relationships with our customers and working alongside the growing CX team to deliver the best-in-class customer experience from onboarding to go-live and beyond.
We believe in extreme responsibility and high agency, and this role will be moving the needle by implementing ERP best practices all while keeping an open mind and challenging the status quo of what customer success looks like.
DualEntry is redefining how an ERP should look and feel, and our CX team is no exception.
How you'll work at DualEntry
You’ll serve as a primary point of contact for our customers, and within DualEntry work with the founding team, product and engineering.
You’ll be the bridge between customers and the rest of the company, helping shape the product roadmap based on customer feedback, and influence our methodologies and operations within customer success to provide the best service.
Our culture is built on:
Speed - we move faster than 90% of startups
Hard work - we outwork our competition
Fun - we have a blast together as a team
We trust in your potential and encourage you to hit the ground running.
What sets you up for success
3–6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Customer Success, ERP implementations, management consulting, or accounting/advisory.
Strong preference for accounting or audit background (CPA or Big 4 experience is a major plus)
You’re a customer service extraordinaire – patient, empathetic and a problem solver.
You’re excited by the chaos of early-stage work - and you bring order to it
You’re proactive, curious, and deeply motivated by ownership and impact
Why you’ll thrive here
You’ll be early - and that means influence, responsibility, and fast learning
We’re product-first and customer-obsessed - your feedback actually shapes the roadmap
Competitive base salary + significant equity ownership
15 PTO days + public holidays
High-speed culture: fast iteration, deep collaboration, no guesswork
High-trust environment with high expectations - and full transparency
World-class team, ambitious mission, real momentum
Benefits
Base Salary: $110K – $150K
Equity: $50K+
Insurance: 100% medical, dental & vision
Time Off: 15 PTO days + 12 public holidays
If you’re excited to build the future of ERP with your own hands and work directly with founders at an early-stage, high-growth AI startup with huge momentum, we’d love to hear from you.
