ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Growth & Operations Lead to own a mix of strategic and operational initiatives that power our next phase of growth. This is a high-impact, hybrid role designed for someone who thrives at the intersection of systems, execution, and early-stage experimentation.
You’ll work directly with the founders to automate internal processes, launch partner- and customer-facing initiatives, and help us test scalable channels as we prepare for the next stage of growth.

BENEFITS
Base Salary: $100K - $130K
Sales commission: $30K - $75K
Equity: $70K+
100% medical, dental & vision insurance
15 days PTO + 12 public holidays
5 days/week in-office at 7 World Trade Center (NYC)
Occasional travel for key events
Job requirements
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Streamline and automate client implementation workflows using Make.com and similar tools
Build internal systems: SOW templates, standardized Slack channels, product update sequences
Design and run early-stage growth programs, including:
Referral programs
Strategic outreach to aligned software vendors
Management of G2.com reviews and product reputation
Coordinate product and marketing updates across teams
Test and validate new growth channels using AI-powered tools
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing
Build light but scalable systems to support the company’s velocity
WHO WE LOOK FOR
We’re looking for a smart generalist who’s proactive, structured, and excited to make things work better, faster.
2–5 years of experience in operations, growth, GTM, or a similar role
Strong systems thinker with a bias toward action and experimentation
Excellent communicator — clear, concise, and collaborative
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools (e.g. Make.com, Clay, Slack workflows)
Comfortable working across departments and managing multiple priorities
Experience in a fast-paced startup or tech environment is a plus
