ABOUT THE ROLE
First Head of Partnerships to build and scale our strategic alliance function.
Essential for unlocking new revenue streams, driving co-marketing opportunities and generating a consistent flow of qualified leads.
Develop a scalable, data-driven partnerships engine, leveraging AI and growth automation tools to build a system that operates at the scale of a 10+ person partnerships team with minimal resources.
📍 Location: New York, on-site, 7 World Trade Center (5 days per week)
This is a high-impact role with direct exposure to founders, sales leadership, and product teams.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Systematize and automate the partnerships motion – build repeatable, scalable, and AI-driven systems to identify partnership targets and create the initial contact.
Leverage AI and automation tools – implement and optimize workflows using Partner.io, Clay, Outreach, Orum, SFDC and AI-powered automation.
Execute ABM-style campaigns for tier 1 partner prospects - through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and even creative tactics (e.g. targeted gifts, in-person events) to engage decision makers.
Run data-driven GTM and product marketing experiments – identify and test new strategies for partner acquisition, activation, and pipeline growth through rigorous experimentation and iteration
Build strong referral programs - design and implement referral strategies that generate high-quality, sales-qualified leads (SQLs) from our existing customers and partners.
Develop and optimize partner funnels – use data to refine ICP/lead scoring, segmentation, and conversion processes.
Develop partnership marketing - work with partners to ideate and execute co-branded webinars, press releases, blogs, and in-person events that drive joint awareness and lead generation.
Track and report metrics - Constantly test and refine partnership funnels, track key metrics (partnership-generated SQLs, conversion rates, revenue attribution), and reinvest in high-performing channels.
Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing.

Base Salary: $100K - $160K
Commission: $40K - $100K
Equity: $80K+

Job requirements
WHO WE LOOK FOR
We're looking for someone to hit the ground running, you must have at least 4 years of relevant working experience in B2B partnerships, GTM strategy or Business Development.
Proven track record of building partnership programs from 0 to 1 and consistently generating SQLs
Hands-on experience with modern sales and partnership tools such as Partner.io, Outreach, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM systems
Data-driven & analytical, experience using AI-driven lead generation tools.
Experience executing co-marketing initiatives and developing incentive models that drive partner engagement
Strong communication, copywriting & A/B testing skills.
NICE TO HAVE
Hands-on experience with growth automation tools such as Clay, UnifyGTM, Apollo, Lemlist.
Experience in SaaS, AI, or B2B Tech sales.
Background in demand generation & account-based marketing (ABM).
Passion for martech, growth hacking, and outbound automation.
