Where you'll create impact

As our Product Manager, you’ll lead features end-to-end across engineering and design, translating complex accounting workflows into simple, powerful product experiences. This is an intense, hands-on role with full ownership. Your work will directly shape how AI shows up inside the ERP of the future.

• You’ll own end-to-end execution for 5+ product features in parallel

• You’ll translate complex accounting workflows into simple requirements that engineering can execute on

• You’ll collaborate with founders, engineering, design, and GTM to drive clarity and alignment

• You’ll define roadmap, strategy, and prioritization frameworks that accelerate product velocity

• You’ll ensure reliability, accuracy, and usability across all shipped features

• You’ll contribute to internal processes and tools that help us ship faster and at higher quality

What sets you up for success

• Hardcore work ethic and high agency

• 2+ years experience in product management (ideally B2B SaaS)

• 3+ years experience in accounting, ERP, audit, or similar

• CPA is a strong bonus

• Familiarity with accounting systems, finance tools, and ERP software

• Clear, direct communication style

• Highly organized and comfortable running multiple workstreams at once

• Excited to work on-site with a fast-moving NYC team

• Technical background (CS/engineering) is a bonus

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $140K–$200K

• Equity: ~$80K

• 15 PTO days + 12 public holidays
