We’re scaling DualEntry at high speed across engineering, product, and GTM. The Senior/Lead Technical Recruiter will own recruiting end-to-end — building the engine that brings world-class technical talent into DualEntry.
This opportunity is perfect for a senior technical recruiter who is excited to build a TA function from the ground up and who can roll up the sleeves with high-speed, deep technical recruiting expertise in engineering and product.

Founded in 2024, DualEntry is one of NYC’s fastest-growing AI startups, backed by top-tier VCs and 30+ unicorn founders.
Our team previously built a $100M ARR business from scratch, scaled it to 300+ people, and led a successful exit.
Now, we’re building the category-defining AI-native ERP product to automate and modernize enterprise accounting — one of the most painful and outdated products in finance still stuck in the 1990’s.

📍 Location: In-office 5 days per week at our New York City HQ: 7 World Trade Center, New York NY 10007.
Where You’ll Create Impact
Build and execute DualEntry’s recruiting strategy across engineering, AI/ML, product and leadership roles
Source, engage, and close exceptional candidates in competitive recruiting markets; including creative sourcing strategies (e.g. communities, open source contributions, events)
Partner with Founders and hiring managers to define role requirements, target profiles, technical assessment, and market positioning
Own full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and closing
Establish and continuously improve candidate experience, ensuring every touchpoint reflects DualEntry’s bar for excellence
Build and manage a repeatable recruiting process, pipeline reporting, and analytics to identify what works
Manage and direct 1–2 external recruiters and sourcers to maximize output and scale capacity
Build and define our employer brand and candidate pitch

4 years of full-cycle engineering recruiting experience at high growth start-ups
Deep sourcing expertise: you know how to find and attract talent beyond inbound with creative strategies
Analytical approach to identify profitable talent sources and to manage team members against KPIs
Practical and high-speed recruitment approach
Experience building recruiting functions from the ground up (candidate experience systems, ATS workflows, etc.)

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $100K–$140K USD
Equity: ~$75K+ USD
