What You’ll Do

We’re hiring our first SEO Lead to build a high-performing SEO engine that drives organic traffic and a consistent stream of SQLs from the ground up.

Your key focus will be:

  • Build the SEO Engine: Develop and execute an SEO strategy that drives measurable growth in organic traffic and high-intent leads.

  • Keyword Research & On-Page Optimization: Identify key opportunities, prioritize target keywords, and optimize landing pages and website structure accordingly.

  • Technical SEO: Ensure the site is technically sound (crawlability, indexing, page speed, structured data, etc.) in collaboration with product and engineering teams.

  • Backlink Strategy: Develop and manage a high-quality backlink acquisition process.

  • LLM SEO / AI Content Integration: Leverage AI tools like Perplexity, ChatGPT, and others to scale SEO efforts, including content creation and optimization.

  • Performance Tracking & Iteration: Build dashboards and reporting systems to track performance. Run A/B tests on page-level and content strategies to continuously improve results.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and content teams to align SEO activities with broader go-to-market goals.

  • Compensation range: $35,000 to $50,000 USD base salary + $15,000 USD sales commission + $30,000 USD equity

Who You Are

  • 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or Fintech.

  • Proven success in driving organic growth and SQL generation through SEO.

  • Strong technical SEO skills and experience working with engineering teams.

  • Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and optimization.

  • Data-driven, analytical, and comfortable setting up performance tracking and running A/B tests.

  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with LinkedIn content strategies as an additional distribution channel.

  • Familiarity with LLM SEO and AI-powered search optimization.
